Check-in our B&B

From 15:00 to 22:00. After initial check-in guests can let themselves in and out at any time.

We accommodate for early check-in or late check-out, at an additional fee, by arrangement.

Breakfast

We currently only do continental breakfast. All breakfast items are pre packed.

Parking near our B&B

Unrestricted free street parking is available just outside the guest house between 16:00 and 08:00.

There is also restricted free parking and paying car park at approximately two minutes walk from the guest house.

Luggage storage

We can hold your luggage on request whenever possible.

Secure bike storage

We provide a secure area for your bikes.

					  I visited Swansea for my first time and as I didn’t know the city and my way around I stayed here .. even though I was late checking in the... read more owner was very friendly and my room was spotless .. plenty of refreshments and tea& coffee offered .. very reasonable .. nice cool room handy right in the centre of town and by the seafront .. I will be back I. September and I will check in again ..

					  Good rates, one of the cheapest in the area as I wasn't looking for anything extortionate. I had to park along a side road just round the corner, it's on... read more a main road so I'm not sure it includes parking but this wasn't a major issue. The staff member was friendly and bubbly when they checked me in, I'm a solo traveller so the room was small and cosy for me, the only major issue I had was that the room was very cold, I had to stay quite bundled up to stay warm, would have been comfier if it was warmer.

A good supply of teabags were supplied; always a plus for me as I drink tea like a fish! Bottled water was given too, and my bathroom was just outside my door, and everything was clean and well maintained. I had a light continental breakfast included in the price; very generous for 'light', you were offered toast, cereal, tea or coffee as well as an array of fruit, nuts, and seeds, definitely started my day feeling satisfied. The dining area is really nice and spacious with a nice view out the front bay window - a shame it was raining the morning I was there - but an otherwise lovely view across to the sea. More
