Check-in our B&B

From 15:00 to 22:00. After initial check-in guests can let themselves in and out at any time.

We accommodate for early check-in or late check-out, at an additional fee, by arrangement.

Breakfast

We currently only do continental breakfast. All breakfast items are pre packed.

Parking near our B&B

Unrestricted free street parking is available just outside the guest house between 16:00 and 08:00.

There is also restricted free parking and paying car park at approximately two minutes walk from the guest house.

Luggage storage

We can hold your luggage on request whenever possible.

Secure bike storage

We provide a secure area for your bikes.

					  I was put in a room next to a smelly dog and a VERY noisy parrot - in a hotel that says it has a No Pets policy that seems... read more like misrepresentation to me. I was put in another room - I could still hear the bird squawking. Tired and unimpressed with how I'd been treated, I left the key to the second room at reception and left without staying. Neither room was used at all. It seems entirely reasonable to me to ask for a refund in those circumstances and so I got home and messaged the hotel. According to the response the following day - the pets were are "one off", I had soiled two rooms and not messaged them at all. If I hadn't messaged it's a mystery to me to what they were replying! So - no refund and no apology. Needless to say, I am unimpressed. The people in the room I was next to were waiting "to move into a house" according to the hotel owner. In other words, homeless. Now I have no issue with housing the homeless or keeping pets - but the hotel owner (I think she is the owner) might spend some time reflecting on what kind of business she wants to run. Is it a hotel or is it a halfway house for the homeless and their menagarie. If it's the latter as seems to be the case, then at least be clear with people booking rooms what they are letting themselves in for. Interestingly, although the hotel owner arrogantly thinks that she can treat people so poorly and then not apologise or refund their money, Booking.com are offering me a full refund after reviewing the circumstances. I can only hope that they re-charge the hotel that money. I review all the hotels I stay in - good and bad. Overwhelmingly, my experiences are good or outstanding. Leonardos redefines bad attitudes and poor accommodation.

					  Good rates, one of the cheapest in the area as I wasn't looking for anything extortionate. I had to park along a side road just round the corner, it's on... read more a main road so I'm not sure it includes parking but this wasn't a major issue. The staff member was friendly and bubbly when they checked me in, I'm a solo traveller so the room was small and cosy for me, the only major issue I had was that the room was very cold, I had to stay quite bundled up to stay warm, would have been comfier if it was warmer.

A good supply of teabags were supplied; always a plus for me as I drink tea like a fish! Bottled water was given too, and my bathroom was just outside my door, and everything was clean and well maintained. I had a light continental breakfast included in the price; very generous for 'light', you were offered toast, cereal, tea or coffee as well as an array of fruit, nuts, and seeds, definitely started my day feeling satisfied. The dining area is really nice and spacious with a nice view out the front bay window - a shame it was raining the morning I was there - but an otherwise lovely view across to the sea. More
