in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival

Rooms
not occupied by 6pm on the day may be released unless guaranteed
by a Credit/Debit Card

Accounts
must be settled on departure

Accepting
accommodation by telephone or in writing means that you have entered
into a legally binding contract.

If
you cancel the reservation or fail to take it up for whatever
reason compensation may be due.

In
the event of a cancelled booking the proprietors of Leonardo’s
Guest House will make every effort to re let the accommodation.
If this cannot be done the following condition will apply.

When a cancellation is made up to 28 days before the commencement
of booking all the deposit will be forfeited.

When cancellation is made within 14 days of the commencement of
booking, two thirds of the cost of the booked accommodation will
be payable.

It
is in your interest to notify the proprietors as soon as possible
if you have to cancel your booking.

We
recommend that you have a Holiday Cancellation Insurances as a
way to protect your holiday.
